Section 01

Not Financial Advice

Trident Pulse is a data intelligence and analytics platform operated by Trident BI Ltd. Trident BI Ltd is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, portfolio manager, or any other regulated financial institution in any jurisdiction worldwide.

Nothing on this platform — including but not limited to Pattern Detections, Whale Feed, Pattern Lab, Congressional Data, Opportunities, Backtester, Options Scanner, Leaderboard, Correlation Dashboard, Instrument Comparison, or any other feature — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency, futures contract, option, or any other financial instrument.

All features listed above are analytical tools only — they surface data, patterns, and algorithmic output for educational and informational purposes. They are expressly not trading recommendations. Trident Pulse accepts NO liability whatsoever for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages of any kind arising from your use of or reliance on these features.

📉

Section 02

Risk of Loss

Trading and investing in financial instruments — including equities, cryptocurrencies, futures, options, and derivatives — involves a SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. Markets can be highly volatile and prices can move rapidly and unpredictably against your position.

You may lose your ENTIRE invested capital. If you are using leverage or trading on margin, you may lose significantly more than your initial deposit. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your financial wellbeing or lifestyle.

No analysis tool, algorithm, or data platform can eliminate the inherent risk of financial markets. Markets can gap, halt, reverse without warning, or behave in ways that no historical model anticipates.

🤖

Section 03

Signal & Algorithm Limitations

Pattern detections produced by Trident Pulse are produced algorithmically and are not reviewed by human analysts before delivery. They combine multiple technical and data inputs at a specific moment in time.

A high confidence score — for example, 90% — does NOT mean there is a 90% probability of profit. It reflects the degree of factor alignment detected by the algorithm at that moment. Market conditions can change instantly after a signal is generated.

Past accuracy statistics do not predict future performance. No algorithm achieves 100% accuracy. Signals should be treated as one data point within your own independent analysis — never as a definitive instruction to trade.

Trident Pulse expressly disclaims all liability for any decisions made based on its signals.

👻

Section 04

Ghost P&L / Paper Trading

All Ghost P&L figures displayed on Trident Pulse are hypothetical and simulated — they do not represent real trading results and involve no actual capital.

Simulated results do not account for commissions, bid-ask spreads, slippage, liquidity constraints, partial fills, or any other real-world transaction friction. Actual trading results will differ — often materially — from simulated figures.

Hypothetical performance is not indicative of actual future results. Ghost P&L is provided as an educational tool only and must not be interpreted as a track record or evidence of trading ability.

Section 05

Cryptocurrency Specific Risks

Cryptocurrency markets are largely unregulated, operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and are significantly more volatile than traditional financial markets. Prices can move 10–50% or more within a single day.

There is no deposit protection scheme and no regulatory guarantee for cryptocurrency assets. Exchange failures, hacks, protocol vulnerabilities, and sudden regulatory changes in any jurisdiction are real and material risks that can result in total loss of assets.

Trident BI Ltd does not custody any cryptocurrency assets. We have no control over exchanges, wallets, or blockchain protocols and accept no liability for losses arising from their failure.

🏛️

Section 06

Whale, Congressional & Insider Data

Whale feed and institutional flow data is sourced from public filings and third-party data feeds. This data is provided for informational purposes only and does not imply insider trading, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity.

Congressional trade disclosures are derived from publicly available STOCK Act filings. STOCK Act disclosures may be delayed by up to 45 days from the actual transaction date. Data shown may therefore be significantly outdated relative to current market conditions.

Institutional and congressional trades may be executed for portfolio rebalancing, hedging, index tracking, estate planning, or other reasons entirely unrelated to directional market views. This data is informational only and must not be treated as a pattern detection.

Trident BI Ltd does not endorse or encourage any strategy based on material non-public information.

⚙️

Section 07

Platform & Technology Risk

Trident Pulse depends on third-party data providers, cloud infrastructure, external APIs, and internet connectivity. Any of these components may experience outages, latency, or failures outside our control.

Service interruptions may occur during periods of high market volatility — precisely when reliable data delivery is most critical. You should never rely solely on Trident Pulse for time-sensitive trading decisions.

Trident BI Ltd provides no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, data feed interruptions, delayed alerts, or any other technology failure.

📡

Section 08

Data Accuracy

Market data, news, fundamentals, and all other information displayed on Trident Pulse is sourced from third-party providers. Trident BI Ltd makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

Prices may be delayed and may not reflect the most current market conditions. Always verify prices independently with your broker or exchange before placing any trade.

Sentiment scores are algorithmic estimates based on automated processing and may not accurately reflect the true market significance of any news event or data point.

👤

Section 09

Suitability

Trading financial instruments may not be suitable for all investors. Before using this platform or engaging in any trading activity, you should carefully consider your financial position, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and level of experience.

If you are in any doubt about whether trading is appropriate for your individual circumstances, seek independent professional financial advice from a qualified adviser regulated in your jurisdiction before proceeding.

Section 11

Content Usage & Intellectual Property

All content on Trident Pulse — including but not limited to signals, analytical output, data visualisations, written copy, software, design, and algorithms — is the exclusive property of Trident BI Ltd and is protected by copyright, database rights, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without our prior written consent. Brief quotations for non-commercial, educational, or journalistic purposes are permitted provided you clearly attribute the source as Trident Pulse (tridentpulse.ai) and do not modify the content.

Signal data, accuracy statistics, and platform output must not be used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models without explicit written permission from Trident BI Ltd.

Section 14

Jurisdiction & Company Details

Trident Pulse is operated by Trident BI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This Risk Disclosure and all terms governing your use of this platform are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Users accessing this platform from other jurisdictions are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. The platform may not be suitable or legally available in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where the platform or its content would be unlawful is prohibited.

⚖️

Section 15

No Advisory Relationship · Publisher Exemption

Your use of Trident Pulse does NOT create any adviser-client, broker-client, fiduciary, agency, trust, employment, joint venture, partnership, or confidential relationship between you and Trident BI Ltd. No content on the platform is tailored to your personal circumstances, financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or any other individual factor. All output is impersonal, identical across users, and produced algorithmically without human review of your account.

Trident BI Ltd holds itself out as a publisher of generic financial data and analytical content of general and regular circulation. In the United Kingdom, this activity falls outside the scope of "regulated activities" under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 because no personal recommendations within the meaning of MiFID II are made. In the United States, Trident BI Ltd relies on the publisher's exemption under §202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as interpreted in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985). In other jurisdictions, equivalent generic-information or publisher exemptions are relied upon.

You agree that you will NOT treat any platform output as a personal recommendation, that you will exercise independent judgement on every trade you place, and that you will not place sole or principal reliance on platform output for any trading decision. If you require personalised investment advice you must consult an appropriately authorised adviser regulated in your jurisdiction.

🤝

Section 16

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trident BI Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, data providers, licensors, and affiliates (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the platform; (b) your violation of these terms or any applicable law; (c) any trading decision you make, whether or not informed by platform output; (d) your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (e) any content, data, or material you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the platform; or (f) any misuse of the platform by any person using your account credentials.

Trident BI Ltd reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defence of such matter at your expense.

💷

Section 17

Limitation of Liability — Aggregate Cap

IN ADDITION to the blanket exclusion of liability set out in section 10, and as a separate fallback if any court of competent jurisdiction finds the blanket exclusion unenforceable in whole or in part: the total aggregate liability of Trident BI Ltd and the Indemnified Parties to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred pounds sterling (£100), or (b) the total subscription fees actually paid by you to Trident BI Ltd in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This cap is cumulative across all claims; multiple incidents do not entitle you to multiple caps. This cap survives termination of your account and applies even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

👥

Section 18

Class Action & Representative Proceedings Waiver

You and Trident BI Ltd agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or related to the platform or these terms shall be brought and resolved on an individual basis only. You expressly waive any right to: (a) bring or participate in any class action, collective action, mass action, group litigation order, or representative proceeding; (b) serve as a representative plaintiff or class member in any proceeding against Trident BI Ltd; or (c) consolidate your claim with the claims of any other person.

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds this class action waiver unenforceable in respect of any particular claim, that claim shall be severed and proceed individually, while the remainder of these terms (including this waiver as to all other claims) shall remain in full force.

🌪️

Section 19

Force Majeure

Trident BI Ltd shall not be liable for any failure, delay, error, or interruption in the platform, in the delivery of signals or data, or in the performance of any obligation under these terms, where such failure, delay, error, or interruption is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; natural disasters; pandemics or public health emergencies; wars, hostilities, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism; government actions, sanctions, or regulatory changes; market closures, trading halts, or exchange outages; failures or outages of third-party data providers, cloud infrastructure providers, internet service providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks; cyber attacks, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorised intrusions; labour disputes or strikes; and any other event of a similar nature.

Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

📜

Section 20

Entire Agreement · Severability · No Waiver

These terms — together with the Privacy Policy and any policies or notices referenced herein — constitute the entire agreement between you and Trident BI Ltd in relation to the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or, if such modification is not possible, severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure by Trident BI Ltd to enforce any provision of these terms on any occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of any other provision, nor shall it prevent later enforcement.

These terms are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred by you without our prior written consent. Trident BI Ltd may assign or transfer these terms freely.

🔞

Section 21

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the platform. By accepting these terms you represent that you meet this requirement.

You must not be a person prohibited from accessing financial information or technology services under the laws of your jurisdiction, including any person on the United States OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List, the UK's Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets, or any equivalent sanctions list.

You may not access the platform from any jurisdiction in which doing so would be unlawful. Trident BI Ltd actively blocks access from certain jurisdictions and reserves the right to terminate access from any jurisdiction at any time.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, and professional rules in your jurisdiction.

🗝️

Section 22

Survival

The following provisions survive termination of your account or these terms by either party: Limitation of Liability (both the blanket exclusion and the aggregate cap); Indemnification; Class Action Waiver; Intellectual Property; Jurisdiction & Governing Law; and any other provision that by its nature is intended to survive.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

Trident BI Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, data providers, licensors, and affiliates accept NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages — including but not limited to: trading losses, loss of profits, loss of capital, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial or non-financial loss of any nature.

This exclusion of liability applies regardless of whether such loss arises from use of the platform, reliance on signals or data, data errors or inaccuracies, platform downtime or unavailability, or any other cause — and whether or not the possibility of such loss was known or foreseeable.

By using this platform, you waive any right to pursue claims against Trident BI Ltd for trading losses or any financial damages arising from your use of or reliance on this platform.

You use this platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in this disclosure limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By creating an account or continuing to use Trident Pulse, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure in full.
