⚠️No Investment Advice

Trident is a trading intelligence and data aggregation platform. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial institution of any kind.

Nothing on this platform - including Smart signals, whale feed data, congressional trade disclosures, TTM Squeeze alerts, Shadow Book results, news feeds, or any other feature - constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or a solicitation to enter into any transaction.

You should not make any investment or trading decision based solely on information provided by Trident. Always conduct your own independent research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision.

📉General Trading Risk

Trading financial instruments - including equities, cryptocurrencies, futures, options, and derivatives - involves a substantial risk of loss. Markets can be highly volatile and prices can move rapidly against your position.

You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your financial wellbeing or lifestyle.

Past performance of any signal, indicator, strategy, or market data displayed on Trident is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. Historical accuracy statistics are provided for informational purposes only.

🤖Smart Signal Limitations

The Trident Signal Engine uses algorithmic analysis combining multiple data inputs including TTM Squeeze indicators, whale flow data, sentiment scoring, RSI divergence, volume analysis, and other technical factors. These signals are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a human analyst before delivery.

Smart signals can and do produce false positives. A signal with a 90% confidence score does not mean there is a 90% probability of profit - it means the algorithm has detected strong alignment across its input factors at that moment in time. Market conditions can change instantly.

Signal accuracy statistics are trailing metrics and do not predict future signal performance. No signal system has a 100% accuracy rate. You should treat every signal as one data point in your own analysis, not as a definitive instruction to trade.

Signals are generated for informational and educational purposes only. Trident does not take responsibility for any trading decisions made based on its signals.

Cryptocurrency Risk

Cryptocurrency markets operate 24/7 and are significantly more volatile than traditional equity markets. Prices can move by 10-50% or more within a single day. Cryptocurrencies have no central authority, no deposit protection scheme, and no regulatory body guaranteeing their value.

Cryptocurrency exchanges can and do fail, suspend withdrawals, or become insolvent. Assets held on exchanges are subject to counterparty risk. Regulatory changes in any jurisdiction can significantly impact the legality, availability, and price of cryptocurrencies.

Blockchain network issues, smart contract vulnerabilities, and protocol-level risks are outside the control of Trident. We do not custody any cryptocurrency assets and are not responsible for losses arising from exchange or protocol failures.

🐋Whale Feed and Institutional Data

Whale feed data represents large block trades detected across monitored exchanges and data feeds. This data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute evidence of insider trading, market manipulation, or any illegal activity.

Large institutional trades may occur for a wide variety of reasons - portfolio rebalancing, hedging, risk management, or index tracking - that have no directional implication for the underlying asset.

Whale feed data is subject to latency and may not reflect real-time market conditions at all times. Data quality depends on the availability and reliability of upstream data providers. Trident does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of whale feed data.

🏛️Congressional and Insider Trade Data

Congressional trade data displayed on Trident is derived from publicly available STOCK Act disclosures filed with the Clerk of the House or Secretary of the Senate. This data is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

STOCK Act disclosures have a statutory filing window of up to 45 days after the transaction date. Data shown may therefore be significantly delayed relative to when the actual trades occurred.

The appearance of a congressional trade on this platform should not be interpreted as a trading signal or recommendation. Members of Congress may trade for personal financial reasons unrelated to any legislative or policy advantage. Trading based on congressional disclosure data carries all the same risks as any other form of trading.

Trident does not endorse, condone, or encourage any trading strategy that seeks to exploit material non-public information.

👻Shadow Book and Ghost P&L

The Shadow Book feature allows users to track hypothetical, notional positions using real-time market prices. Ghost P&L figures represent notional gains or losses on paper positions only and do not reflect actual trading results.

Shadow Book does not account for trading commissions, bid-ask spreads, slippage, liquidity constraints, or any other real-world transaction costs. Actual trading results will differ - often materially - from Shadow Book performance.

Past Shadow Book performance does not indicate that similar returns would have been achievable in live trading. Shadow Book is an educational and analytical tool, not a backtesting or performance verification system.

⚙️Platform and Technology Risk

Trident is a software platform that depends on third-party data providers, cloud infrastructure, internet connectivity, and external APIs. Service interruptions, data feed outages, latency spikes, or technical failures may occur at any time.

During periods of market stress, high volatility, or unusual trading activity, data feeds and alert delivery may experience delays or failures. You should not rely solely on Trident for time-critical trading decisions.

Trident does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. We are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or data feed interruptions.

📡Data Accuracy and Third-Party Sources

Market data, news feeds, fundamentals, earnings data, and other information displayed on Trident is sourced from third-party data providers. While we take reasonable steps to ensure data quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all data.

Pricing data may be delayed and may not reflect the most current market prices. Always verify prices with your broker or exchange before placing any trade.

News and sentiment data is processed algorithmically. Sentiment scores are estimates based on natural language processing and may not accurately reflect the true market impact of a news event.

👤Suitability and Your Responsibility

Before using Trident or engaging in any trading activity, you should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial circumstances, investment objectives, experience, and risk tolerance.

Trading is not suitable for everyone. If you are in any doubt about whether trading is appropriate for your situation, you should seek independent professional financial advice.

By using Trident, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this risk disclosure, that you understand the risks involved, and that all trading decisions you make are made entirely on your own judgement and at your own risk.

Trident, its directors, employees, data providers, and affiliates accept no liability for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform or any trading decisions made in connection with it.

By creating an account and using Trident, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure in full. This document does not constitute a legally binding contract and is subject to change. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclosure.
